Solution:
Steps 1: First of all solve 5V source and R_2 to a current source in parallel with Resistance. (Use Source Transformation)
Step 2: Now solve the new 2A source and 2.5 mA to form 4.5 mA
Step 3: Solve R_1 and R_2 in parallel.
Step 4: Again apply source transformation on 4.5 mA source and Resistance 1k ohm.
Step 5: Now apply voltage divider on 5kohm (R_3 or Load resistor)
Finally, answer 3.5 is achieved.
So a) is the right answer
